Hungry

I’m Not Hungry 101: Back in the day, life was so Sweet;  trying to advance, but under the circumstance, I was playing for Keeps.  Folk dismissed me, wanted to christen me a Creep; I was a bad boy, more than an almond joy, I was in stuff waist Deep.  I’m sitting here writing this poem thinking back at people’s whispers, praying for my Defeat; now that GOD has gotten a hold of me, I’m get invites, inbox kites,  from women who Used to HARDLY Speak. Ouch! Too bad I’m off the market, yet I’m still Single….that’s an oxymoron Cook? No it’s not, I’m chilling,  no pun intended, enjoying me at the North Pole like I’m Kris Kringle. I don’t have to shop, because I’m okay with me, so I’m just enjoying the Venue, but I’m not ordering anything from off the Menu, because my heart is real and it’s not something I can just lend You, so there’s no need for a Menu and no need for a Pen so I can Pin You…. I’m not hungry! Goodnight~cook
