Integrity is Everything

Last week, I made a few dollars so I deposited in the bank. While depositing it in the bank to prevent and overdraft, an error on the bank machine came up. I only put $25 in to cover my gym membership and it said that I deposited $300. In my mind, i wanted to believe that GOD blessed me, but HE won’t have you to cheat someone. I immediately called the bank and informed them of the error and I told the customer service lady that if they want to bless me they can…lol. She made note of it and she said they would call or email me in 5 days; they haven’t. There is $315 still left in the bank. So what are you gonna do Cook? Let it stay there! They can keep it in there for a year and I wouldn’t touch it. Why Cook? Because my level of integrity won’t let me. It’s not to say that I don’t need it, because I do; but who I am won’t allow me to dummy down to the temptation in front of me. Sure, nobody knows but me , GOD and the customer service person, but to me that’s all that needs to know is ME and that’s enough. Don’t sell yourself short over a few buck
